Elsa Leal

Elsa A. Leal has over 20 years of experience in the Education field. She has served in multiple leadership roles that have driven the innovation of family services for school districts, early learning centers, family childcare homes and more. She is a nationally certified trainer for the Strengthening Families ™ Protective Factors Framework and has presented at various local, state, and national conferences. Elsa received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University of Los Angeles, and her Master of Arts in Human Development with a concentration in Social Change from Pacific Oaks College.
