Mayra Serrano

Mayra Serrano, DRPH, MP, is the Director of Health Equity for Anthem Blue Cross California Medicaid. In her role, she helps with the strategic design, implementation, and evaluation of health equity efforts for Medi-Cal recipients. She has more than 15 years of experience collaborating with and training promotoras. Her work focuses on amplifying the voices of underserved populations through coalition building, advocacy training, and capacity building.
