Bella Cecilia Obregón Gómez

Bella Cecilia finished high school when she was almost 30 years old. She could not do it before then due to being the head of the family and the breadwinner of the home. When her children graduated, she started college. At the age of 77 she obtained her Doctorate in Educational Sciences. Trainer expert in Personal Growth and Development Workshops with a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Human Development. Specialization in Educational Management and undergraduate in Administration. She has more than fifteen years of experience as a teacher, facilitator, tutor of undergraduate, graduate, specialization and Master’s theses. Innate promotora by inheritance, practice and example of her father. She has publications from the McGraw-Hill Publishing House and is the author of the graduate thesis entitled: “Andragogic praxis in experimental universities.”
