Hector Balcazar

Hector G. Balcazar, MS, PhD, grew up in Mexico and went on to work in five U.S.-based universities after completing his graduate degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. Dr. Balcazar has extensive experience as a leader in public health education, research, service, and community outreach working with community health workers.
